Our founder, a former manager of manufacturing plants across Asia, brought deep expertise in both the hair industry and raw material procurement. After years of overseeing large-scale production and supply chains, she recognized a recurring problem: salons and stylists struggled to find a consistent, high-quality source for human hair extensions.
